On
Sunday 15th June, our Priest in Charge, the Revd.
James Taylor announced that he, Caroline and little Alice
will be leaving Reading Street. James has been appointed as
Vicar of Sonning-on-Thames (St Andrew with St Patrick) in
Berkshire in the Diocese of Oxford.
James’ last service will be at 10:00am on Sunday 7th
September, and he will be Inducted by the Bishop of Reading
on Sunday 28th September at St Andrew’s, Sonning,
at 5:00pm. There will be a coach going from here, and
details will be in the news sheet. Also, the parish is
holding a collection for James and Caroline as a thank you
for their work here, and donations can be given to the
wardens, or to the church office. |
